Jedi Brown, the event’s Emcee, guided us thru the evening as the results of CCSCC’s 2018 season were presented at the banquet on Saturday. There were tons of laughs, great food, fun and useful prizes, and many stories and memories were shared.
Not only were there stories and fun, but there were many prizes that got raffled off. One of the favorite “donations” to the raffle prize list are wonderful old books about cars. A number of beautiful coffee-table style books were available to choose early in the evening. Thanks to the club members who donated items for the raffle. We couldn’t make this excitement without you.

The 2019 Board was presented to the membership and a few words were said about the new Rantoul site and having fun this season.
With no rallies this year, obviously there were no rally awards. As a result, the club didn’t present the Overall Club championship since only club meetings and autocrosses would have comprised the standings. The final points have been posted on the Autocross/Results page.
Russ and Chris Bedford received Lifetime membership to the club, in recognition of their dedication, support, and contributions over many years. Thank you both!
Attendance awards were presented to 9 club members for attending 11 or more club meetings.
