The Champaign County Sports Car Club was founded in 1957. At that time, the founders of the club wrote a constitution, by-laws, a motorsports code, a rally code, a points code, an autocross code and an enforcement code. One of the requirements of the by-laws is that all of these documents be available to members. It has been difficult for us to keep current documents up to date and available.
That was prior to the World Wide Web. Now we have .pdf versions of all the documents listed above available for your download. You need some sort of .pdf viewer to read them.
We have revised the documents over the years. In the late 1990s, members of the club met to replace the constitution, but could not agree on a new constitution. So we have decided to continue with the old one, with some amendments. We think we amended the constitution before, but can not find any official record of it. Therefore, the documents below are the current constitution with new amendments adopted at the July, 2010 club meeting.
On this page you will find documents pertaining to CCSCC club governance, autocrossing and rallying. They are in .pdf format, so you can open them in your browser (if it is set to do that) or download them. As they are revised, they will be uploaded here.
